Gender rule sparks fear of constitutional crisis

I read this article on constitution where experts say 72 constituencies must elect a woman MP next year to meet the requirements and asked myself will there really be women ready to take up all these positions.
This is because, the same article highlights that; a low number of women would force a return to election to reconstitute Senate and the National Assembly. It also highlights that, there is no guarantee that the women nominated by political parties would not be rejected by voters.

My questions are:

1. Will women meet the requirements?
2. How do we plan to woo voters to our side?

Experts have warned that the country could be thrown into a constitutional crisis if the number of women does not hit the 116 mark in the next National Assembly and at least 23 in the Senate.
Think of the part you will play to ensure women will be at the forefront to take up seats.
