We might as well agree most things in the public service are changing and from my view for the better.

Gone are the days when citizen used to beg for serivices from the government - the era of Red tape to today's Red Carpet. Service Charters are pinned in most offices - a sign the public servants are a[ppreciating their job as well.

I feel even as a few of us are in lobby/advocacy/activitism - haki yetu haki yangu....... we need to think of how to teach our fellow citizens especially at the grassroot level, village level etc about governement services.

It is their Right not favor!
