I must agree that I did not so very well know this, even after the much celebrated Philomenah Koech PCship. We have had advocacy for gender issues - representation, actualization of the affirmative action, and recently that women should constitute 30% of in every groups in this country. I feel we as the women of this country should notice this and starting strategizing on to best get this situation improved. Either in our running programmes or collaborating with other Non - state agencies to ensure that provinces just like State do not become a preserve of the Male.
