Biography

Kathambi Kinoti is a feminist. A lawyer by training, she has extensive experience in women’s rights training and advocacy. In 1999 she co-founded the Young Women’s Leadership Institute (YWLI) along with five other young women. Kathambi is presently the Finance and Administrative Director of the organization. She is a moderator of Friday File, an e-journal of the Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID).
